ESSEL has introduced a premium recycling superstructure

ESSEL has introduced a premium recycling superstructure designed for efficient handling of scrap and waste materials. This robust system integrates a newly developed hydraulic crane, the EC130Z-96-S, which offers a maximum horizontal reach of 9.6 meters and a loading capacity of 1,200 kg when fully extended.

The superstructure also features the ESSEL Grab EGS28, engineered for precise and efficient gripping of scrap materials. Constructed from high-strength materials, the grab is optimized to remain within the vehicle's outline when folded, enhancing safety and maneuverability.

Additionally, the system can be equipped with a container hook loader from various manufacturers, customized to meet specific operational needs. This flexibility allows for seamless integration with existing systems, optimizing loading and unloading processes to save time and increase efficiency.
