5 WINCHES
MASSIVE POWER
T-REX has 5 Sepson winches with a total pulling force of 80 ton. Two 24 ton winches are mounted on the main crane jib.
Another two 12 ton winches are mounted on a support frame and have lateral rope routing close to the vehicle chassis with optimized rope guidance for trouble-free laying of the rope on the winch drum. Ropes exit in the rear part of the vehicle, optimized for lower pulling at a small angle.
Another 8 ton winch is on the front support legs and can be used for bilateral pulling.
ER4120 KIT
TIME - PROVEN SUPERSTRUCTURE
T-REX is equipped with the ER4120 superstructure, made of high strength steel and validated by many satisfied customers.
ER4120 comprises a crane boom with a maximum lifting capacity of 25 t and a length of 5,2 m. Under-lift has two telescopic extensions (2x1150 mm) and a maximum loading capacity of 20t.
BODY PANELS
DESIGN MATTERS
T-REX has newly optimized the design of body panels. They are manufactured from 3mm of stainless steel and have beautifully embedded lights.
Optimization of the body panels and the distribution of the elements located in them was designed with the intention of maximizing free storage space for storing the user’s accessories.
Exceptionally equipped
T-REX is equipped with front support legs FSL-36 which represent a truly unique solution. They are independently operated by a proportional hydraulic distributor and have one 8t Sepson winch for bilateral pulling.
Manually extendable rear support legs ensure high stability of the vehicle during operation.

Hydraulic System
We use a high quality HAWE hydraulic distributor which has 10 + 3 sections. Our hydraulic system has 3 circuits for precise control of all winches and front support legs. It is prepared for the possibility of expansion and the addition of 3 more sections.
Proportional Remote Control
Control all of the main working functions of the device via proportional Hetronic remote control with precise control of the equipment, winches and front support legs without the need to change radio control modes.
Hydraulic Telescopic Flyer
Illuminates the current work scene and ensures perfect visibility of the vehicle even during the darkest night. Safety first! Flyer is controlled by remote control or from the cabin even during the ride.
ESSEL Towing Tools Set
Towing tools set is compatible with all truck manufacturers and helps you reach high efficiency by towing crashed or broken trucks. They are produced on ultra precise CNC milling machines from high strength steel with a galvanized finish for a long life and durability.
Easy Access to the Fuel Tank
Body panels equipped in the front part with retractable steps on both sides of the vehicle for easy access to the elevated parts of the storage space of the body panels and to the fuel tank.
Rear Location of Outlets
New rear location of outlets for pneumatic, electrical or hydraulic outlets with the possibility of their modification, distribution and covering according to customer requirements.
Heating and Square Plates
Heated body panels maximize your comfort during the cold winter season. The square plates hanging system can be used to hang small tools and helps to optimize the storage space of body panels.
Central Lock System
Body panels equipped with a central locking system maximize your comfort. Central lock system can be controlled from cabin or via remote control.
Easy Access to Ad Blue and DPF
Body panels have large service access for maintenance and service of DPF filters and Ad Blue.
Air Drums
Two air circuits with independent air pressure bring air to a distance of up to 15 m from the device and inflate the wheels of the broken car or attach pneumatic tools.
Jump Start
12/24 V electronic jump start system with electronic safety protection of batteries against short circuits.
Central Greasing
Greases all hard-to-reach moving pins of the superstructure.
Chain lift
Used for storing chains and other tying tools, the storage space located in the front left compartment maximizes its utilization. The chain lift is smoothly hydraulically operated with the remote control placed in the front door, and it is manufactured from stainless steel.
