With ESSEL cranes you get a clean and modern design. Hydraulic pipes and hoses are hidden in the structure of the crane. Power link increases the hydraulic crane lifting force and optimizes the course of the lifting force. To maximise your productivity is the crane equipped with a synchronised movement of telescopic extensions by means of chain transmission.
All structural elements are made of high-strength steel. Swivel column is from Strenx 960QL, pinion casting is heat treated alloy GS25CrMo4V and all the other parts of the hydraulic crane are from S700MC steel. Another components are supplied by renowned global manufacturers as Parker or Indexator.
The results of strength calculations performed by a certified authority have confirmed that the ESSEL EC130Z-96 hydraulic crane complies with the STN EN 12999 + A1 standard in terms of strength and fatigue, and also complies with the requirements of European Parliament Directive 2006/42/EC on machinery. Strength calculations simulated an estimated number of more than one million duty cycles.
